Create a New Course
Race on a Course
Step 1:
Connect your GPS device up to your Windows Mobile device.
Step 2:
Sign into gpstrainer®. Use "gpsTrainer" for the Name and "peak" as the password. (Don't include the quotes).
Step 3:Tap New > Course .
Step 4:Tap New > Course .
Type the name of the course you are about to define. Categorize the course by tapping the drop down menu. If you are doing multiple laps on a course select the lap count. Add any necessary comments that may help you remember the course at a later date. Make sure you have a GPS signal indicated by the flashing circle in the top right hand corner of your screen. When the GPS unit attains a fix and is ready the Start button will be enabled. Either select the Start button which will count down from a default of 30 seconds or select theStart->Now menu item. Proceed on your course until you reach the end.
Step 5:Tap Finish > Now to finish your course. (Courses with the lap specified are assumed to finish at the start and will finish automatically)
Step 1:Sign into gpstrainer®.
Step 2: Select course to race
Step 3: Tap the time drop down menu and select which race time you want as your race goal.
Step 4: Tap and hold the race time.
Step 5:Select your Goal Time. Select either the "CountDown" or "AutoStart" button. The Countdown button will start the race after counting down from the time displayed. The Autostart button will start the race when the starting line is crossed.
